There is form in jira server which customer is trying to render with in iFrame in Confluence cloud on the page.
However it show "https://jira.isometrix.net/jira - refuse to connect".
Looking at dev tool >> network tab >> Xframe shows "SAME ORIGIN".
Adding the iFrame Allow extension did not really help.
Is there a way to whitelist the Jira site and have the Jira page displayed on Confluence Cloud?
Hi @Mdu On confluence server this is possible by modifying the configuration files(setenv.sh). For cloud, you will need to raise a support request with Atlassian Support for help.
Hi Kishan, unfortunately Atlassian support also couldn't assist as they confirmed its not possbile to have 3rd site displayed on Confluence Cloud and they referred us to Jira support

Yes. They just said Confluence doesnt allow for 3rd parties to embed their pages onto confluence, page should be from sameorigin for it to work
This is to prevent from any page injections etc
They recommended to rather attaching a url link which will point to the 3rd party page which that option doesnt work for us

Thanks for sharing @Mdu I think, as this could make confluence vulnerable to clickjacking they have kept this protection in place. There is already a suggestion from few customers for this functionality, you can login with your Atlassian account to vote for it and watch it for further updates.
