Hello Atlassian Support Team,
My Jira and Confluence cloud site was deleted due to inactivity. I would like to request recovery if the site is still within the retention period.
Site URL: https://sylicongames.atlassian.net
Registered Email: paul@sylicongames.com
This site contains important project data and documentation. Please let me know if it can still be restored.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
Best regards,
Paul B

Hi @Paul Brooks
Welcome to Atlassian community!
I see that the old instance is already deleted and it cannot be restored due to our data storage policy and data retention policy as mentioned here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/data-storage-faq-873871367.html.
I see that a new site is also created already with the same URL and is also active.
For more information further on billing kindly reach out to our billing team directly here https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/.
Hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Vishalakshi

Hi there,
Yes, upon re-signing in after a long while I noticed the old spaces were wiped.
Is it all all possible to recover those spaces? The Confluence was most important for us.
Sincerely
pb

Hi Paul,
Thank you very much for writing back to us and I completely understand the importance of data in your old instance.
But unfortunately we only retain the data for 60 days post the deletion period and once this is completed the data will be permanently purged.
since the deactivation has taken almost an year ago it is not possible to restore the data.
Please do let me know if you have any further queries on the same, I will be happy to help you.
Best Regards,
Vishalakshi Narayanaswamy
