Hey folks,
for a few weeks now, we get the nice 2 GB warning in our free Confluence instance. However even after deleting ALL attachments >5 MB, emptying the trash bin and waiting for more than a week the system still reports exceedence by around 300 MB.
I've even tried the solution by plotting out every single page and space size by using the REST API (Finding storage usage of Confluence space and page using REST API | Confluence | Atlassian Documentation). But the log shows no spaces or pages with more than 2 GB storage usage, it's all around a few megabytes.
Are there any other things we can do?
Thanks in advance.
Hi @Marc Dannemann and welcome!
In this case, I would try contacting Atlassian Support. Maybe they can help you identify what causes the storage exceedance you mentioned.
Hope this helps.
How can I contact support in the free plan? There is no way to open a ticket as far as I can see..
Thanks!

@Marc Dannemann On the free plan, you can't contact support for technical issues. However, you can contact support for extending product trials, which is basically your requirement. Choosing the following values in the support form should work:
