I have a form that will be used by (and sent to) different members of the office but only when they need it. Is there any way to have them input their email address and assign it to a variable, and then have the form sent to that variable?
So far I have only been able to "hardcode" the destination email address in the form settings.
Would appreciate any help that can be offered -- thank you!
Hi Josh
Welcome to the community.
Just a couple of questions firstly before i try and help..
1. Is this form within Confluence?
2. If so, what app extension are you using?
Many thanks
Matt
Good morning Matt, thanks for the response!
The form is within Confluence, one of the native macros (I believe), but I'm not sure what app extension I'm using. All I can tell you for sure is that I'm working within the standard Form macro, not the Confiforms one. How would I find my app extension?

Hi Josh,
I'm not aware of a native Confluence form macro, I can only assume it's one that has been pre-installed by your admin (Assuming you, not the main admin here?)
You can find the app extensions at the top of our page in the Confluence Nav bar and click on the "Apps." dropdown.
Be interested to know which macro you see there for "native macro" if you wouldn't mind sharing.

Oh, I figured it out -- I just used the Destination List macro. Thanks for the response though!
