Our Project Managers use Confluence for Project Management. They also submit Jira tickets through a Portal where they've been added as "Customers". When the Project Managers paste the ticket URL from their portal into their Confluence page, they cannot see the Ticket Status. Only those of us who are Admins or Jira Service Desk Members can see the status. Is there anything I can do to fix this without giving them seats in Jira Service Management?
@Kirsten The JSM issues requires a JSM license to see them in Confluence. The Confluence macros work off of the Jira Licenses to display information.
I looked but could not find an enhancement request for this. You can submit a request here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
