Hello everyone!
Can't fix one problem, maybe someone can help.
I have server instances of jira and confluence. Application links set up correctly, i can line wiki page in jira issue, or in confluence i can mention jira issue, it's working perfectly.
In one space of confluence, i can see in dropdown with issues, linked to page.
In another space, this dropdown doesn't exist, but there's links on this page. I've checked source of the page, with hypothesis that it's only not displays for some reason, but it really doesn't exists.
When i copy this page, where this block doesn't exists, for example in my personal space, dropdown appears then, so i think, this is space-related problem. I've checked permissions - all is ok, my user have all permissions on that space, what else can be cause of this?
Also, maybe this information will be helpfull:
this space was migrated from another jira instance years ago, and unfurtunatly, i don't know if this was done correctly.
As can be seen, buttons with page restrictions and attachment also not showing.
Accidently posted it in jira questions, not confluence, my bad
Hello Сергей,
Thank you for contacting us!
Allow me to verify your issue with you.
Can you confirm if I got that correctly? Does this occur to all pages within that space which are linked to by a Jira issue?
Does this occur in several browsers? If you were to try in Incognito mode or having all add-ons in your browser disabled, does the issue persist?
Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
Regards,
Shannon
Hello, Shannon!
Yes, you're correct, linked issues does not appear on pages of specific space. And yes, this problem on all pages of that space.
Well, i've checked this at least in latest Windows release of Google Chrome(also in incognito mode), MacOS Safari, Microsoft Edge, problem occurs in all of them, so i don't think this is browser-specific.
Just wondering, what can be wrong with one space, all other spaces works perfectly.

Hello again.
1. Yes, all users affected.
2. Yes, i have browse permissions on that issues.
3. We had another instance of jira before, then spaces was exported and imported in current instance. As i said earlier, unfortunantly i don't know how this was done and if this was done correct. After import, this space was unused at least a year, and now one user noticed that problem.
4. No, there's no customizations. I found only simple css-customization, alredy deleted this css, but there's no effect.
5. Confluence 6.0.6 and Jira 7.1.2. We plan update both soon, i think then we can check, if this problem go away. It's not so critical problem, so i think we can wait for it.

Hello Сергей,
Thank you for following up.
Just for clarification, this Confluence space was exported from another instance and imported here, or was the Jira project the one that was exported and re-imported?
The easiest way to test this would be to create a new page in Confluence, and try linking a ticket in Jira to that page right now. If it works, then you can be assured that the import might not have brought the links over.
If that works, you might be running into an issue where the Jira Server ID has changed and now the links are broken because it doesn't recognize the new one.
You can use the following article to resolve this:
To obtain the Server ID of the old and new instance:
Let me know if you have any trouble with this.
