Is there a way to run a query that will extract all the pages, project, etc. where there in an image. company logo is changing effective Oct 15th and any spaces that has the old logo will need to be updated.
But what is the best way to find out if there are other spaces where the old logo may live?
Ability to get list of attachments is easy. You need to write a script that would connect to Confluence via REST api, get all pages and from that page list of attachments, but finding the logo might be hard.. files might have different name, size... etc. Not sure if this is easily possible unless you have logo in some specific place where it should be (like a space avatar or home page.. )
Better to inform all space owners to check and change the logo (if the see the old one)
Hi @Mirek
We have around 137 spaces. In all spaces, we have global templates, space templates and 1500+ pages.
Some space owners keep the company logo in pages (like business meeting pages, b2b pages and etc).
Yes, it's very hard to find out the logo in all pages. but we need to update new logo, where ever is in old logo.
and i don't have knowledge on REST api. Can you suggest us.

I know and as I already mentioned .. "finding the logo might be hard.. files might have different name, size... etc." so I do not think that is easily possible. I suggested to divide this task to space owners rather than try to do it automatically... API would give you only list of pages and attachments but would not recognize your logo.

API would give you only list of pages and attachments..How to do this?
