language restrictions

Hi everybody!

I got an interesting question if there is a way to restrict language when naming spaces and pages in confluence?
The problem is i want every page and space should be named in English letters only. Also interested in same restrictions in one space but its not the main need. 
Maybe if you now development solution for this like write own script for this, you welcome)

you dont understand me for sure! nah i dont need to set language for the interface))

I need restriction to create space or pages only in one language English
Im already now that it is not simple question and there is no easy solution so im waiting for community to help me with any decision
