Renaming users

Hello everyone,

We've come up against an issue with users changing their names.

For example, a female colleague married recently and changed her surname. So we had change her user name throughout the company.

In the wiki, we can't change her user name, so we had to set her up as a new user.

We'd prefer to be able to swap her new name for her old one and keep all the pages that she's associated with linked to the new user name. That doesn't seem possible - how can it be done?
