I'm not sure if this will help, but I created a ticket to request Atlassian Support Team to assist you, please be patient and wait for their feedback.

Unfortunately for free access yo won't be able to raise a support ticket.
Before Atlassian deletes your account they send communications informing you then reminding you that your account will be deleted because of inactivity.
If you log back in during the time frame then you are good if not they proceed with deletion.
