My jira product unfortunately shows deleted. Can you please help restore it?
I no longer see the option to raise a support request under free account.

I created a support case on your behalf in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-1158351
If your organization was deleted in the last 15 days, then our team should be able to restore this. However restoring the organization does not restore the Atlassian Cloud site nor the products/product data that used to exist within them. Those products follow our data retention period.

Unfortunately for free access yo won't be able to raise a support ticket.
Before Atlassian deletes your account they send communications informing you then reminding you that your account will be deleted because of inactivity.
If you log back in during the time frame then you are good if not they proceed with deletion.
