Hi Guys,

New Confluence user here. I would like to seek help. I cannot seem to find the table filter from the Macros. I would like to set up some filters for my test cases. I searched the web and it looks like it was present in the old confluence user interface, did Atlassian remove it?

Thanks in advance for your responses.

Hey @marlon retorca ,

Table Filter macro is not natively available in Confluence. The App itself that adds that functionality is however also available for cloud: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/27447/table-filter-and-charts-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

this is the macro @Aitor Bermejo Cacho  mentions in his answer above. You can only get this macro when you license the app.

Hope this helps, cheers

Merle

Thank you guys for your answers.

@Merle Fischer : I guess I will have to have the app licensed in the future so that I can have the table/filter functions. This helps a lot.

Best Regards!

Hey @marlon retorca , yes I am afraid so. Glad I could at least spare you research time in why the functionality was gone ;)

Hope you have a good week ahead.

Hello @marlon retorca  ,

just you need to go to Macro -> Other Macro

Click on ALL and search "filter". You need to see this:

table filter.PNG

Then, configure and add your table inside of macro box.

Best regards,

Aitor
