I've been editing Blueprint templates, creating new user and global templates in Confluences and I haven't had any problem till today. I'm trying to edit one of the templates in Space Settings--> Content Tools --> Templates, however when the editing page is displayed about 70% of the page is blank and the editing area is compressed (as shown below).
The issue come up just when I try to create or edit a template. When I use one of the templtes, it's displayed correctly.
The troubleshooting I've done so far is:

same issue for me on Mac OS X (most recent) and Chrome 76.0.3809.87.
Also flushed the browser cache and tried Safari (Mac OS X, most recent), disabled all Chrome Plugins (--disable-plugins parameter).
