I just want to know Is there any token refresh/expiry setting in place on Jira side?
Hello @Sumitha_Eramangalath
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Could you please confirm which type of token you're referring to—API token, OAuth token, personal access token or session token? This will help me provide a more specific answer.
Thanks,
Shreeja J

I'm specifically referring to OAuth tokens used in the integration between Jira Cloud and Microsoft Exchange Online (via Entra ID). I'm trying to confirm how Jira Cloud manages token refresh for this setup—whether it handles refresh automatically in the background or requires manual reauthorization once the token expires.

Welcome to the community.
If you are referring to the API token generated via the profile, you can set an expiry date during the token generation.
