Upgrade confluence licence from 250 to 500 users.

We have 250 users licence and want to upgrade to 500 users. It costs 8000$.

We already paid 4000$ for year support, but we use it only for 3 mohths.

Is it possible to use 3000$ (4000*9/12) of unused payment for licence upgrade,

namely pay 8000 - 3000 = 5000$.

Is there any rules from Atlassian?
