Using Livesearch Macro - getting unexpected results

I'm trying to use Livesearch on a Page so that all occurrences of a search term are easily identified, and if possible highlighted.

I can get this using Ctl-F. Anything similar in Confluence Cloud?

cmd/ctl - F is your best bet here.
