What can I do if new users can't login (Microsoft SSO)? I know the user have used correct Microsoft credentials and Microsoft login path, She got a verification (but, 2 times). The reason for getting 2 codes might be we have two Atlassian "organizations" for historical reason. How can I assign my user to the intended organization (if this is not already done by invitation)?

Having multiple organizations should not prevent the user from logging in. They should be able to login and toggle between organizations. Are they getting two code every time they login? Have they tried both codes when logging in, do either work?
Thank you very much. Remote work makes things difficult, so I can't be certain if new user got always 2 verification codes. But, it's a useful information to know about that users are not tied to an organization - and I can have one user being part of several organizations. I'll continue reading docs, and I can retry if I create next (test?) user.
