We are not sure what happened but a few months ago our Wiki Confluence People Directory stopped showing every user and only started showing new users. We are unable to find a way to search or view a user that is not displayed in the People Directory.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thank you.
If your Confluence instance is not showing all your users, the index cache will need to be recreated.
Try going to yourinstancedomain/wiki/admin/search-indexes.action
and hit the rebuild index button. This will recreate the index cache and the system should go through all users and add them to the people directory!
We have tried this it takes about 15 seconds each for the Search Index and the Did You Mean Index. Still shows just the newest members. Should this take longer? We have about 84077 users.
