Where do I find my JIRA account subdomain?

Hi all,

 

I'm trying to connect Monday.com to JIRA. To do so, it's asking for a subdomain. I have no idea what this is. Is it the link to my project page or a link to my profile page? Maybe neither? Can someone explain where I find it? Sorry if it's a silly question.

So <subdomain>.atlassian.net or <subdomain>.monday.com
