Why my project can't access because my free trial is expired and i'm student

I'm a student trying out of my jira how can i back my projects which is NagaMed. 

why do might credit our bills, how can i back my projects

You can signup for the Classroom license https://www.atlassian.com/solutions/survey/classroom-license-request#/, this will significantly reduce your bill.

Although if you don't want any bill, I would recommend moving to the Free tier, this would let you retain your account and data, while giving you most of the features that are available in the paid plan : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/How-to-Downgrade-Jira-Software-from-Standard-to-Free/ba-p/2045188
