all the images to linked docs are now missing

All of my Confluence pages now are missing the image icon. See attached.

I was looking into your screenshot and found as resolution that is necessary to restart your instance. To do so, you need to open a ticket with Atlasssian here, the ticket is helpful in case you need any further help.

It looks like Atlassian have deployed the change where the view-file macro is killed off.
