All of my Confluence pages now are missing the image icon. See attached.

Hello Marya, Thanks for contacting Atlassian!

I was looking into your screenshot and found as resolution that is necessary to restart your instance. To do so, you need to open a ticket with Atlasssian here, the ticket is helpful in case you need any further help.

I hope this can solve!

It looks like Atlassian have deployed the change where the view-file macro is killed off.

Please see https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/view-file-macro-724765313.html for what to replace it with.
