My company uses both JIRA and Confluence.
In JIRA I have a project named "ABC" and an issue number "123"... so the ID for the issue is "ABC-123"
Over in Confluence, I'd like to type in "ABC-123", and when I hit "Publish", I'd like it to automatically notice that "ABC-123" is in fact a JIRA ticket, and create the JIRA link automatically in Confluence. I don't want to click on something else, search for it, etc. If I could just do a one-time configuration of Confluence, and say "JIRA projects are over here..." and then it would automatically recognize them.
Is this possible, and I just haven't found the docs yet?
Hi Dan,
You could use ScriptRunner for Confluence and listen to the PageCreateEvent and then create the ticket in Jira automatically.
Hello there.
I have one question, how come our three project start running by itself on every Monday?
would be great if you can help me.
