change the credit card

I am trying to update the credit card for payments....I cannot retrieve the interface descibed in the very detailed support help...may be due to the new billing platform??
I am full admin btw.

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

In order to manage your payment method, you can follow the steps below:

To edit a saved card:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

2. From the side navigation, select Payment method.

3. Find your card and select Edit.

4. Follow the prompts to make edits.
