how can i fix the problem of accesing to Jira

Hallo,

I installed Jira as Service on Windows and it worked. Today i tried to go in but i found the following error:

JIRA failed to establish a connection to your database.
This could be because:

• Your database isn't running
• The configuration of your dbconfig.xml file is incorrect (user, password, or database URL etc.)
• There is a network issue between JIRA and your database (e.g. firewall, database doesn't allow remote access etc.)

Note: i did not use another DB, i use the integrated DB h2.

• Check the Application logs under <jira-install>/logs folder for errors. Share the error from the logs
• Try connecting to H2 embedded DB to make sure the db file exists and can be connected.  If you are unable to connect to DB, then you may have to reinstall the JIRA again.
