Hello,
Is there a way, to get notified after any change is happening to a page, even if the user who modified the paged chose to simply save the modification without "save and notify"?
We would like to get notified of any change, and not leave the option of the user to decide whether to notify us, or not after they made change.
If it is not possible, does anyone know if the daily update (daily digest) includes notification on all changes made, or only on those, where the user saved the modifications with "save and notify"?
As I read through your question, I understand that you are intending to view the edits made on a Confluence page. You can always do it by going to the 'Page History' option using ellipses (...) on the top right corner of a page. I am assuming you must be knowing this already.
I don't think Confluence has any option yet to force notify the watcher with an email irrespective of 'Save and Notify' options selected while editing a page.
Coming to 'Daily digest' - yes you do get notified once in a day of the changes to the content you have permissions to. But, daily email reports do not include information about attachments on a page or blog post that are added, edited or deleted.

Hope I was able to help you!
