Reactivate Deleted Organization (Inactivity)

Hi there!

 

My Atlassian organization (https://uniparks.atlassian.nethas been deleted due to inactivity. Could an Atlassian Team member please help me reactivate my organization?

Have you tried to open a Support ticket with Atlassian? You should try that first.

Hi @John Funk - thanks for your response!

I tried the support ticket form first. Unfortunately, there is not an area within the support ticket form that allows me to request assistance for my specific situation.

I received an email with the organization ID, so hopefully it will help with finding a solution to get our organization reactivated.

Hi @uniadmin

Welcome to Atlassian community!

I reviewed your query and I see that there are two sites linked to your account uniparks.atlassian.net and 

inettles.atlassian.net both the sites are deleted and last billed was in 2024.

Please be informed that as per our data storage FAQ: confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/data-storage-faq-873871367.html,  we retain the site's data for 15 days upon deactivation and once it is permanently deactivated it is not possible to restore the data back again.
