I have migrated our On Demand Jira/Confluence to a local installation. Our users in On Demand Confluence, they just use as a hyperlink only the JIRA issue key (ABC-123) and then automatically the on demand confluence create a link to the corresponding JIRA ticket (ABC-123)
In the local installation, when I use the same way (just write in a confluence's page only the key: ABC-123), does not created a hyperlink to the corresponding JIRA ticket. It shows as a simple text.
Any answer for this issue will be very welcome.
Thank you
Have you set up the applink between the two local instances (JIRA/Confluence)? You'll need to do that if you haven't. https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Setting+Up+Trusted+Communication+between+JIRA+and+Confluence
Also, I believe you need to do the full URL to have it convert to a JIRA issues macro:

Hi,
Can you please help me in the above request ?
Thank you in advance

Hello,
I have performed the application links in Confluence "General Configuration". Attached, the below screen:
app_links.png
But, how I confirm that the application link is working well ?
Also, note that both applications (JIRA & Confluence) are using Crowd authentication.
In the "On Demand Confluence", if the user just wrire: ABC-123 => It automatically converted into a hyper link.
How I configure it, in our local installation using "JIRA issues macro" in Confluence ?
Thank you
