Hi all,

We manage our development activity through JIRA. Our reporting to the client each sprint is run from Confluence. We use Jira Issue/Filter tables in confluence to show the detail of the JIRA issues in sprint.

Within each Jira ticket, we use Checklist for Jira to record, tick off acceptance criteria.

However, when we show the acceptance criteria in a Issue/Filter table in Confluence, the acceptance criteria is shown as continuous prose, rather than a list of items. Is there a config change I can make, or a different plug-in I can use to show acceptance criteria as a list of items rather than prose in a Jira Issue/Filter table?

E.g. Acceptance criteria of:

  • One
  • Two
  • Three

Appears in the Jira Issue/Filter query as:

OneTwoThree.

We currently use hyphens in every acceptance criteria to show as a separator in confluence, but it's not a perfect solution.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi @HURRICANE Support ,

In Smart Checklist for Jira, we use "Checklists" custom field for showing checklists items on Confluence. What you get displayed is full content of your checklists plus their progress if you add "Smart Checklist Progress" field as well. Please take a look at this article where we show what exactly it looks like on Confluence and add step-by-step instructions.

Please let me know if it helps!
