Stil getting deleted page notifications with page-trashed-notification disabled

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: How to globally disable e-mail notifications with page content

Hi, We have disabled page-created-notification, page-edited-notification, page-trashed-notification, page-moved-notification and it seems to work EXCEPT we are still getting notifications for DELETED pages. page-trashed-notification disabled should stop that. Any idea why we are getting them and how we can stop it?

I logged this with Confluence Support, the investigated, and found there was a missing step in the instructions https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-globally-disable-e-mail-notifications-with-page-content-718670714.html  and updated them - the last 2 steps of step 6.
