Time Zone issue between Jira and Confluence

I have a Confluence page that uses the Jira Macro to execute a JQL.

Recently, our customers in Arizona noticed that some of the dates returned from Jira are being displayed incorrectly (they are one day early). The dates display correctly for these users when they execute the JQL in Jira.

Arizona does not recognize Daylight Savings Time.

I have not had any issues reported from customers in states that recognize Daylight Savings Time, although in fairness, it's not something they would be looking for. It took our Arizona customers until August to first report the issue.
