If I add a new user, I tick the checkbox "Send an email to the user you have just created, which will allow them to set up their password." but nothing happens. Change notifications as well as a test mails can be sent.
Does somebody know why this problem occures and how to fix it?

Can we know if you are in cloud or server version? If you are in cloud, there is a high chance the email might have dropped somewhere in the middle. We can unblock the user if we have the email address.
