Update identity information with Azure SSO

Hi,

Some months ago we switched to Azure SSO. Now confulence sould be sourcing identity information such as position or phone number from EntraID. However neither is this information being shown in confluence nor are we able to manually update the information. The accounts configured before the switch still show the manually input information.

Is there a way of still manually editing the information or forcing the sourcing of info from EntraID?

I believe in order to capture the additional information you would need to use a third party app.
