Walktrough for confluence?

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience in creating walktrough tutorials for Confluence. 

I see that in recently you have popups showing on the dashboard telling what is new in the interfaceDashboard - BirdLife Pa_-extranet_birdlife_org183-.jpg

I wonder if I have a way to customise those popups and/or show them only to first time users. I also think to new users a very basic guide is already shown, but it is not sufficiently customised for my needs.

Do you have any idea if this is achievable in any way?

The Composition Plugin has recently added a Tutorial Feature.

As from your screenshot a more general question :)
Confluence Blueprints and Forms? Is this a EAP feature or custom development? Normally the Create page button is within the header and not right to the Create Space button.
