Our Confluence Support Entitlement Agreement expires soon. I take it that once the SEN expires we can no longer apply updates, new releases or new versions of Confluence. Is that correct?
If it is correct that we must renew, what is the cost to renew? Is it the same as the original purchase cost?
Thank you.
In addition to Josh's answer, I just refer to the very detailed licensing FAQ that can be found on the Atlassian website:
For server products, the annual renewal is 50% of current cost of your license tier for maintenance on the perpetual license.
For datacenter, it is 100% of the current cost at your tier as it is an annual subscription.
