What should I do when I reject the user but if I need him to apply again?

When I accidentally reject the user's app, but now he needs to rejoin it, how should he apply again?

Are we talking about app requests or product access requests?

It's been a while but I believe that for app requests, users can request the same app again even if you deny it. As for product access requests, I think users are 'blocked' and would need to be manually added to the site/product by user access or organization admin.

 Again, it's been a while since I've played with this. You can always, as an admin, add an app or user to your site.
