Who can add users in Confluence ?

Hello,

My guess is that only Administrators can add users to Confluence, but it is worth checking it.

I tried adding, but I type the name of the user, I can only manage to add those who exist already, not new ones.

It depends on your user directory.

If it's the internal one, yes, Admins can add users, but you can set it up for people to sign up themselves.
