We have a public space, where everyone can read our documentation. We now have some pages which are not published yet, so they have some restrictions.
The problem is that people who are watching the whole space get notifications about these pages which are not published so they don't see this changes (which is correct).
How can they (or I) prevent this?
Is there a way to turn off Notifications for certain pages without permissions?
According to our customers they get notifications for "(Preview) Release 8..." but they see only the right view.
Hi @Timo , it's like you already said, if they watch the Space, they'll receive notifications for every page, also those they don't have access to due to page restrictions.
To my knowledge, there's no way to prevent this.
This is not good! I mean what for should I definde read restrictions if anyone can get notifications to those pages.
