Why is there a pencil icon on my Confluence page?

There is a pencil icon on my Confluence page and I can't figure out why or how to remove it. When I am in edit mode, I can't see the icon. NOTE: We are not seeing this on all pages, just this one.

Could you hover over the pencil, right-click and press 'inspect' and show us the page HTML? That might be useful, it's hard to tell what's going on here.
