change of applicaton url, base url

my application is running on https://<Domain_name>.atlassian.net/. i would like to change that domain. to another domain https://<new_domain>.atlassian.net/. how to change that base url.

You need to buy the new Cloud url, export all the data from the old one, import it into the new one, and then shut down the old one.
