Is possible to do commentaries in confluence if you don't have licence in Confluence, but you can see, because you have licence in serviceDesk?

Do You know some plugin? or similar think to do this?

YES..only if you allow those who don't have confluence to access your spaces with ANONYMOUS Access enabled.

Seems like a no-brainer, but really consider whether or not Anonymous access will be beneficial to you. There is no way to allow JSD customers to comment without it, but turning this on does come with very specific risks.
