integration Jira/application links

Hello guys!

After adding a link to Jira, a warning is displayed:

"No response was received from the URL you entered - it may not be valid. Please fix the URL below, if needed, and click Continue."

192.168.1.10 - example of server proxy

In /etc/hosts added string:

192.168.1.10 dns

I tried to save file "hosts" and restart confluence application, but warning is still here
