Atlassian provides readily available AWS CloudFormation based reference deployments for their Data Center on AWS deployment option - the Quick Start landing pages on AWS provide resp. architecture diagrams that should get you going:

Please note that these are meanwhile based on the Atlassian Standard Infrastructure (ASI) on AWS.

Once you have gotten acquainted with this reference design, you can customize the resp. AWS CloudFormation to match your specific production scenario.
