why do other admins not see jira connected to Confluence?

I connected JIRA and Confluence in Application links using my JIRA/Confluence Admin credentials. Other admins on my team do not see them as connected. Any idea why?

Hi John,

That's very bizarre. Could you show me exactly what they're seeing when they navigate to the Application Links page? 

Are you able to confirm that they are indeed accessing via the same URL? Does the same happen for them on multiple browsers and after they clear their browser cache?
