Crowd Azure Graph API Directory not pulling in Group memberships from Azure

Hello all,

   We were on Crowd 3.1.2 Server version and created an Azure Graph API type directory and synced it. The directory pulled in the users but not the Group memberships. Later on we found out that Atlassian had an bug "https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-5192?_ga=2.71161104.1456664776.1572275002-1771534894.1571759939" and we upgraded Crowd from 3.1.2 to Crowd 3.7.0 (Server) version, but Crowd is still unable to pull the Group memberships from Azure. Could someone please suggest here?
