Can we use JIRA Production Data Center License in Test Server

We have a JIRA Production Data Center License 

So I want to use the same license into JIRA Test Server..

 

Please give an Solid explanation regarding my issue.!!!.

You can Atlassian to give you Test Server License against your existing production license.
