Hi, I am trying to create the notification if the new issue is created in the project. Below is the rule I created:
[ When: Issue created.
If: Status is one of Backlog
Then: Send email
Reporter ].
The audit log status of this rule is 'Success' but no notification emails received. I've checked in junk etc. What could be the reasons? Thanks.

Can you please tell if its server or cloud?
Also, please share snapshots(rule and audit logs) in order to be able to give better advice on this.
Also, will be good if you can do a quick test using manual trigger rule to test "Send email" action.
