REST API users counter

Hello to all!

There is a task to count unique users who use rest api with basic authorization.
Any ideas how to do this quickly and with the basic jira / tomcat / nginx tools?

Environment:
Jira DC 8.3.1 (4 nodes)
nginx + traefic
