Running Jira with high availability.

Hi all,

We want to host Jira products (Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Desk) on our own servers with high availability. Actually We want to host these applications for china, singapore, and india region customers. So high availability is must, with speed. We would've gone with Jira Cloud Services but we found out that china region is facing some issues with Jira Cloud.
