Is there any way to get mail notifications when health check fails on Bitbucket, JIRA and Confluence

We are seeing health check notifications when login to JIRA or other applications. But we would like to know is there any way to get mail notifications when health check fails on Bitbucket, JIRA and Confluence datacenter editions.

Currently, there is no option to have the email notification for the instance health check status from any of this product and there is an existing feature request - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-43799 in place for Confluence.
